Terrance McGovern is a thirty-five year veteran of the New York City Police Department. He served in many positions during his tenure. His varied experience includes Command Center operations, major event security, as well as response to and recovery from disaster events.

His last assignment, in the Intelligence Bureau included a six year secondment to the international police organization Interpol. At Interpol his duties focused on terrorism, major event security, and maritime security.

Terrance is a resident of New York City. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Science degree from NYS Regents College. He is also a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy in Quantico.

Since his retirement, McGovern offers security advisory to corporations and individuals in United States and Europe.
