Eric FRATI joined the French National Police in 1982 as a Police officer with the initial Official's rank of Police Lieutenant.

During his 35 years of career in the national police force, Frati had moved up the ranks and, as Police Captain, he was selected to become Head of Security for French Embassy in Lebanon, following, as Police Major, to command the elite units of the French National Police, - "Groupes d'Intervention de la Police Nationale" - in Auvergne Rhone Alpes, France, a tactical unit of the national police, nowadays known as RAID - Recherche, Assistance, Intervention, Dissuasion (RAID).

In 2008 he was selected by the Head of the French National Police to be seconded to INTERPOL as Assistant Director, Head of Global Security for the Organisation.

During his tenure at the INTERPOL Headquarters, Frati was in charge of the security of the Secretary General, VIP, INTERPOL Staff, and the premises of the Organisation in Lyon, and in numerous Regional Bureaus in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

In this position he also supervised threat analysis reports, and accomplished security audits.|

FRATI represented INTERPOL at a number of international conferences, and was also involved in numerous security audits for other international Organisations. Moroever, his international experience with INTERPOL includes numerous investigative missions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Niger, Lybia , Syria, Lebanon and Salvador.

During the six years he was at the helm of INTERPOL Security at the INTERPOL General Secretariat in Lyon Frati created two important training's curriculums for the organization:

F.R.O.S.T - Field Risk Online Security Training; H.E.A.T - Hostile Environment Awareness Training.

Often invited as a speaker at security conferences, Eric Frati is currently managing director of the security company 'CE Secure', based in France, offering specialised security trainings and advisory to individuals, corporations and international organisations, and collaborate with renown French companies in the field of innovative security and defense technologies.
